Does Nova Fragrances sell imitations or irregulars? No. Nova
Fragrances only sells the highest quality name-brand designer
merchandise. The brands we offer and, in most instances, the
particular items of merchandise we offer, are the same as those
found in many of the finer department stores and specialty shops. In
many instances, our merchandise was not obtained directly from the
designer but rather was purchased from reputable resellers at a
discount. This, in turn, permits us to pass the savings on to you.
In this regard, Nova Fragrances expressly disclaims any indication
that it is an authorized dealer or agent of the designers or
manufacturers whose goods are offered on this site.
I put something in my shopping bag and it's gone. why?
If you choose to leave the site without checking out, your shopping
bag will only retain your selections for a two-hour time limit. That
means the next time you come to visit Nova Fragrances, the items may
not still be in your shopping cart. They are placed back onto our
virtual shelves so other customers have the opportunity to make a
purchase. Because Nova Fragrances sells items of limited
quantities, we urge you to purchase the items you are interested in
when you see them. The next time you visit, they might be gone!
Will you be ordering more of my favorite item(s)?
Our team of buyers search throughout the fashion world to provide
you with terrific merchandise and values. Unfortunately, products we
carry may only be available to us in limited quantities. We
apologize for this inconvenience; however, we are constantly
updating our product offering. Make sure to stop by often in order
to see our newest selection of items.
How do i make purchases on Nova Fragrances?
To purchase any item, start by clicking on a category in the left
navigation bar. You can either shop by category (the options are
listed on the left-hand side of the page) or shop by designer
(listed alphabetically on the drop-down menu). When you click on a
small product photo, you'll be taken to a product description page
where you'll see a larger photo. On each product description page is
a grey purchasing box. Simply, type in the quantity you'd like and
click the "Add to cart" button. Add as many items as you'd like to
your shopping bag in this same manner. When you're ready to make
your purchase, start from the shopping cart page and click the
"Checkout" button. Follow the steps through checkout, entering the
shipping address and payment information and "Place Your Order" on
the final order review page. It's that easy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Nova Fragrances is proud to accept PayPal, debit/check cards as well
as American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card
and JCB. Remember, your credit card will only be charged once your
purchase is shipped (never before that point).
We do not accept checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).
Can i order by phone or fax?
We would be happy to take your order by phone; but to protect your

Do you sell gift certificates?
At this time, we do not offer gift certificates for sale on the
site. However, this is something we're working on for the future.

Yes, shopping at Nova Fragrances is safe. Our site employs the
latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt
your information and help make sure that only you and Nova
Fragrances ever see it.
In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit
card information and uses it, by federal law, you are only liable
for the first $50. In any instance where you have discovered or
suspect fraud, you need to contact your credit card companies
immediately. Because we are so confident in our security measures,
we will reimburse you for the $50 not covered by your credit card

How much do you charge for shipping and sales tax?
Standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States is
only $6.50 per order. There are additional charges to ship outside
the U.S. and to express ship orders. See our complete
Shipping Info. Nova Fragrances currently charges sales tax
9.00% for items being shipped to Illinois.
Do you ship to my country?
novafragrances.com launched in the United States in September of
2003. To view a full list of the countries we presently ship to,
please consult our international shipping chart in the main
Shipping Info section.
oops... is it too late to make changes to my order?
In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible
delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time
after an order is placed. If you have already placed an order and
wish to change it, please contact a Nova Fragrances Rep. with your
order number. You may contact one of our Nova Fragrances sales

How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends where the shipment is going. We
ship most orders within 2 business days. A typical order shipped by USPS to an address in the Continental U.S. will take from 2 to 3
business days to reach its destination.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please
contact our shipping department to obtain an RMA number,
before sending the item back. Please remember you MUST obtain
an RMA number. We guarantee that all products you buy are
brand new and 100% authentic. If your item was insured and
damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you
proper instructions on how to file a claim. If you are not
satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within a
period of 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable for
undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we
made an error. When returning an item, please make sure to use
the original packaging with all accessories. There is also a 20%
restocking fee on Items that were returned not in original
packaging.
Say if the item I received is incorrect?
We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it
is available), or a credit (if necessary).
Do you have a catalog i can order from?
Nova Fragrances does not have traditional paper catalogs yet but
this is something, we're working on for the future.

How do I use a promotional coupon code?
To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:
Choose the items you wish to purchase
When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" button. The
items you are ready to buy will be listed. Click on "ckeckout".
button again and enter shipping, billing, and payment information
required on the bottom of the page you will see "Coupon or
Discount Number" field.
Enter the promotional code you wish to use (remember they are case-sensitive);
and then click "Continue".
Your promotional code will be automatically applied on the review
Order page.
Please note: Gift Certificates Promotional codes can only be used
once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
What else do I need to know about promotions?
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively
"Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online
purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless
otherwise stated. One time use Promotions must be used in their
entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the
applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined
with other promotions. Promotions do not apply to gift certificates,
gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes or duties or similar
services. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously
placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted. Free shipping
promotions are valid for U.S. standard ground shipping within the 50
United States. For promotions requiring a minimum order size,
charges for gift-wrapping, shipping, applicable taxes and duties,
and credits from gift certificates do not count towards the minimum
order size requirement. For promotions where you must buy 1 (or
more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s),
the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently
returned, you will be issued a credit at the promotional price and,
if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a
replacement or future order. If you return a gift that was purchased
with a Promotion and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the
expired Promotion to a replacement or future order. Promotional
items are available only while supplies last; Nova Fragrances does
